Francine Katz and Peter Riches began Lucca Paperworks in 2010. Together they design, print and ship orders from their studio in Seattle. What began as a line for their own gift shop, LUCCA great finds, has become a full-time wholesale business. You can see their entire line in their shop in Seattle.
Francine’s passion is to rescue public domain art from obscurity and use them in combination to form new designs. What started as a love of vintage art and stationery has grown into an original collection of over 300 greeting cards and prints. Luxurious paper, satin-like ink and bold color with a presentation like a matted print makes each card frameable.
Francine and Peter have been in business together for over 25 years, beginning with a video production company in 1987. In 1991 they founded Lucca Statuary ~ European Garden Ornaments (1991-2010), and over time added Lucca Manufacturing (1996-2010), Lucca Espresso (1996-2010), LUCCA great finds (2001-present) and finally, Lucca Paperworks (2010-present) to their partnership.
Lucca Paperworks can be found in gift shops, bookstores, boutiques, high-end grocery stores, and museum gift shops across North America, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
